Just reporting on a great gig I played on Saturday for the NHS Diamond Anniversary. A nice big crowd and the great outdoors, nearest thing to glasto I imagine.

Another promo of mine has been unleashed on you tube, cick here to take a gander. x

01/04/08

So I played a gig in Soho last night....with crushed velvet walls, mirrors on the ceiling and very dim lighting, I was beginning to think I had got the wrong venue....thankfully, after bypassing some scantily clad cookie cut blondes downstairs, I was relieved to hear the sonorous strum of guitars sound checking on the top floor. Despite my first impressions, the venue was actually pretty cool, the sound excellent and the crowd highly responsive - I had a great time! Cheers to all those who came to support, hopefully see you at the next one.xxx

A pinch and a punch! Is is March already, the year seems to be flying by. Having had a very enjoyable first acoustic gig of the year last night, I'm already getting excited about my next one at the Revue bar in March. So far lots of you have given my gigs and my video a lot of support, so please keep up the good work and spread the word as it really is appreciated :) There are plans for the video to go out on telly very soon, so keep your eyes peeled. xxxx

Hi. Well, what an ordeal! I think I must have had the hardest week ever trying to get the gig on Friday to come together. In brief, Monday my bassist bailed and I managed to get the very talented Mark Bramley to come and play for us. All was well with the world until Friday morning when my drummer texted to say he was ill - Panic stations a go go!!! I wasn't going to give up on this one yet.......thankfully, the Gods were on my side, as at 4pm, I heard from Gareth Farmer, a mate who is also a brilliant drummer (only 5 hours until the gig!). Due to arriving late, we weren't allowed to soundcheck, so we went on with no idea if it would gel or not. Thankfully, it was one of the most fun gigs I've played (hugest adrenalin rush) and according to the audience, we sounded great. Amazing how far a bit of determination and positivity can get you.

Anyway, thanks to all who came to support, love you all :) xxxxx

A sneak preview of my new video is currently featured on the Daisy Rock guitar website! Click here to check it out. A You tube launch date has been set for Friday 21st February, so I'm going to need hits from all of you to gain some major label interest. Will remind you nearer the time. xxx

10/01/08

Happy belated New Year! Just a quick one to let you know that I have some new tracks posted on my myspace. Click HERE to have a listen. Hope you like :) xxxx

09/11/07

Great gig last night! Cheers to all who came down to support, it made my night when the audience asked for an encore.

I'm going to be doing some new recordings this month and some filming for the videos of a couple of tracks, so will try and get them onto the website as soon as they're done. Will keep you posted....xxxx

09/10/07

Helllooo!!! Long time no blog - I am still alive. Having recorded some new tracks over the summer, getting my song on an advert in Holland and Belgium and bagging a set whilst in Melbourne, I thought I should organise a gig in the near future, it has been too long!!! I'm excited to announce a full band gig on Thursday 8th Novemeber at Heroes bar in Maidenhead. It's a free gig ,so I hope to see many of you there. Not sure of the time yet, but keep checking the gig page for more info.

Ta ra for now. xxxx

25/06/07

Hello folks. Just a note to say that the Hope and Anchor gig has been cancelled :( Sorry to disappoint. I'll let you know when the next one is on. Sorry again xxxxxxxx

17/06/07

Hello hello. It's taken me two days to come down from the gig on Friday night and in my soberness, I thought I should tell you all how it went.............awesome, awesome awesome, the only way I can describe it. The venue was amazing, a stage big enough to dance around without being knocked out by my fellow band members. Most people who came to support had to travel some distance, so thank you very much! I could get used to playing venues with huge stages and light up dance floors! Hope to see you all on the 30th June at the Hope and Anchor. Mwah xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

11/06/07

Reminding you all about the gig at the Clapham Grand this Friday. Tickets are £6 and can be obtained by clicking here. Remember to state that you're coming to see me when you buy your ticket as I get crowd credit : ) It's definitely our biggest gig to date, so your support would be much appreciated. There's a light up dance floor at the venue too.......this may sway you! N xxxx

04/05/07

Well well well, not sure words can actually explain how much I enjoyed last night's gig. The turn out was phenomenal and the reception, not to mention the crowd participation, was much appreciated! Boys in the band, you completely rule! A big thanks to everyone who came along, you made my night!

Not got another gig booked yet, but after the success of last night, I'm so on the case!!! See ya'll soon. Rock on. xxxxxxxx

18/04/07

Just a quick one to say a massive congratulations to my sister and her new husband who got married on Saturday 14th!! You organised the best wedding I could ever imagine and I wish you all the love and happiness together forever. I know I don't often delve into my personal life on here, but this was an extra special day for myself and the band as we played at the reception. An absolutely fantastic day and the band completely rocked. Compliments also go out to the fantastic captive audience, some great dance moves going on there! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

05/04/07

Hi! Capital FM are running a competition to find a support band for Ghosts, who have a single out at the moment called Stay The Night. Click on the link below and give me 10/10 to improve my chances of winning!!!

Thanks xxx

27/03/07

Newsflash: the gig at Soul Central this Thursday has been cancelled due to the venue losing its live music license - very annoying! Sorry about this, you'll just have to wait until May to see us at Heroes. Only hope you can all wait that long!

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

23/02/07

What an awesome gig last night!! Special big up to all who came and an even bigger big up (and well done) to the boys in the band! It was Lee's debut with us on the drums, he completely rocked. Looking forward to the next band gig on 29th March in Camden - will defo need to round up the troops for that, so remember to put it in your diary now and tell all your friends! Laters dudes. Nxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

17/02/07

Just to let you know that 'All Alone' is gong to be played on pulserated digital radio at 19.00 (GMT) on Monday 19th February. I say 19.00 GMT as the following link with all the info http://uk.pulserated.com/content.aspx?page=theRockShow states that the rock show is on from 21.00 - 23.00. I can only assume because it's a worldwide internet station, it's not going by GMT. Anyway, if that hasn't confused you, tune in at 19.00 (7pm) om Monday to hear 'All Alone' and vote for me if you have a moment. Just to reiterate, you can hear it on www.pulserated.com or SKY channel 0155 in the UK. Ta, N xxxxxxxx

11/02/07

Well hello there! Writing this with a slight hangover from the night before. I hope all of you who made it to the gig last night are coping, there was a lot of alcohol induced love in the room last night. Thanks to all who came - my favourite moment of the evening was when I got to play an encore as certain people arrived late and gave the sound man no choice - you know who you are!!! Great gig though, I had a bit of extra time to play as one act had cancelled, so I got to air some new tunes, always a bonus.

Check out the gig page as there is loads coming up. Hope to see you soon. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

07/02/07

'Ello 'ello! Not payed a visit to my blog for a while and thought it was about time. What 's new? Check out the gig page as it's looking rather full (for a change). Hopefully there will be a date or two there convenient enough for you to come and see me.

The gig at Windsor Arts with Fat Habit on 27th Jan went really well. It's been a while since I've done guest vocals and I realised that I've missed it a bit. Great response and great turn out, what more could a guest vocalist ask for!

Another thing that happened to me recently, only this weekend in fact, is that I made it through to the regional semi-finals of The South Coast Idol competition. I'm not really an advocator of 'singing competitions', however, this one is for singer/songwriters too, so I thought why the hell not!. The prize on offer is a decent advance for an album and a management deal, so nothing to be sniffed at............The next heat is to be held on 16th March at the Agincourt rock club in Camberly. Tickets are 5 squid and I think it's a case of, the more support you bring, the better you do.........hint hint. Anyway, if you're interested in coming along, drop me a message on my forum or on my myspace and I'll sort you out.

Full of the verbals today! Ciao for now. xxxx

9/01/07

Happy New Year to you all! Sorry it's taken me so long. I've got a couple of new gigs posted on the gig page, so go and have a look and put them in your diary now! I really do hope to see a few of you at the next gig as it's been a while. Despite a quiet winter period on the gig front, I had a great 2006 with many a development behind the scenes. Hopefully 2007 will continue like that and you never know, this time next year I might be paying someone else to write my blogs for me ;-). Should be doing some more recording soon, so will keep you updated and upload anything half decent for your listening pleasure. TTFN xxxxxx

15/12/06

Well hello there! I'm in a really good mood today....could it be that I had a great gig last night!? I do belive so! Last night was so much fun and my initial 20 minute slot got upgraded to about 30 minutes, so i got to play quite a few tunes. There was a great turnout and I got a really cool responce from a very appreciative audience - always helps! Thanks to those who came down especially to support me, I know it's not easy with all the christmas celebrations going on at the moment.

A very merry Christmas to you all, I hope to see you at my gigs in the new year........yes, I promise there will be some! Lots of Christmas kisses, N xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

29/11/06

OK, I lied, I've got an acoustic gig on 14th December at the Cellar bar, details are on the gig page. As for band stuff, we're gradually getting back on our feet and have a private party gig on 17th December in Kent - Happy Birthday Charlie! Hopefully this will pave the way towards a fantastic new entrance back on the scene in January, it's been far too long!!! xxxx

21/11/06

I've done it again, left it a goddam' age since I last wrote! Just seeing how y'all are and proving to you that I'm still alive! The potential gig on the 8th December has been cancelled, so my next public appearance will probably be next year - I know, it's killing me! Oh well, we'll just make sure we make up for it when we get back on the scene in January. Laters dudes, thanks for your patience! xxx

25/10/06

Cor, it's been a while crocodile!! I am still here! Just posted a couple of new gigs on the slightly lack lustre gig page - it is no longer feeling inadequate. I should be getting a couple more soon, so keep your eyes peeled.

Some of you may know that our lovely drummer Sam has had a drum related injury, so will be out of playing for a bit hence the lack of band gigs. If any of you know of any good drummers that would fancy depping for us, please drop me a mail or post a note on the forum. Look forward to some response....my fingers are crossed!

Laters dudes. N xxxxxx

2/10/06

Happy Monday!!! Feeling a bit minging today, but after such a successful gig on Saturday and the compulsory rock 'n roll after show drinks, I shouldn't really complain. Thanks to those who came to see me, there turned out to be a nice little crowd - really sorry to those who couldn't find the venue and arrived late as a result, especially to those I told Northampton Street instead of Northampton Road - how not to get a crowd to your gig!!! Great to be back and I played two songs that have never been aired live before, to my relief they got a great response!

As for the radio show........didn't hear it myself as I was travelling back from somewhere, but I know many did and the reports I had back weren't all that flattering. Nevermind, pinch of salt and personal opinion come to mind - probably a good thing I didn't hear it!

So to those who actually do rate my music........he he........I will promise to get some more gigs very soon.

Ciao for now. N xxxxxxxxxxxxx

28/09/06

That's all folks! N xxxxxxxxxxx

11/09/06

Just thought I drop a note to say Oi (that's Hi in Brazilian Portuguese - I promise you!) after my fantastic venture to Brazil.........so today I landed an acoustic gig at Leonard's in the Angel area on the 30th. I'm highly excited about this as it has been a while crocodile! Hopefully I'll be getting news on some more band gigs, i'll let you know as soon as. That's about it really..........drink caprinhas and be merry! Mwah. N xxxxx

17/07/06

Howdy! Just to say thanks (a belated one at that) for Friday - the gig was wicked and there was a substantial turn out which was cool. As I'm off to Brazil for the whole of August, we won't be doing another gig until September, so please watch this space as there will be some more happening towards the end of the year. Hope you all have a wonderful summer. Adeus!!! xxxx

30/06/06

Yes yes, I know, two entries in one day (sounds ominous!)..........just to let you know that 'Whatever' is going to be played at 12am GMT on pulserated.com's Rock Show this Monday (3/07/06). This can either be heard at www.pulserated.com or on Sky channel 0155. I gather most of you won't be up at 12am on a Monday, so if you're not able to listen, please click here when you've got a minute to check out my pulserated page and vote for me. This will increase my chances of being played more regularly and also reaching the pulserated weekly top 40. Thank you honeys. xxxx

30/06/06

Can't believe it's nearly July - where has the year gone!?! This is a bit last minute, but tonight I'm going down to the West Wing.....no, not THAT West Wing.....the one in Slough, to do a spot of open mic. Anyone fancying coming down to watch or even partake, click here for more info. See you and on! xxx

23/06/06

And she's back!!! Yes, it was great to be back at the Cellar Bar last night. The place was jam packed, so a perfect opportunity to air some new tunes. I ended up playing last which suited me fine as there was time to do an extra cheeky one at the end ;-) Thanks as per usual to my loyal fans, you know who you are. Hope y'all have a cracking weekend. I'm off to Dublin..............mwah and mwah. N xxxxxxxx

18/06/06 - Day before my birthday :-)

'Ello ello! Hope you're all enjoying the sunshine! For those of you who are still slaves to the super highway (that will be me then!!!), check out my exclusive new acoustic track 'December' on myspace. See what you reckon.........drop me a message on the forum or on myspace to let me know. Ta ra for now hunnies. N xxx

Remember you need itunes for this baby which can be downloaded for free on the apple site. You can catch my ummming and ahhing in action ;-) Enjoy............ xxxx

26/05/06

Hi there! What a nice little gig last night. The atmosphere was suitably chilled and I really enjoyed myself. Ta to all who came specifically to see me, despite the lack of band. Cheers to buk and Skit for being so understanding as far as the depletion was concerned and putting on a cool night. Until next time amigos.......have a great bank holiday weekend! xxxxx

24/05/06

**NEWSFLASH** For anyone who hasn't received a NatDate or who hasn't read the amendment on the gig page yet, Thursday's gig at Phatz will be an acoustic one rather than an electric one. Unfortunately we had a bit of a band problemo (don't fret, nothing serious) which means that I'm going to be performing on my tod. I hope I haven't disappointed too many of you who were expecting to see the band.......promise it won't happen again.........hope to still see a few of you there anyway, despite the decrease in volume levels......the show must go on.......ummm, rock on.....xxx

14/05/06

What a cracking night!!! A huge thanks to all who supported from Charlotte, Cat and I!!! A special thanks to Thom and the Glow boys, you were brilliant!!! As for my band.........you rocked!!! This was an interesting one as we had quite a big reshuffle. A massive shout out to Luke who was kindly filling in for Rob on bass, whilst Rob took over lead guitar duty in Neil's absence (your talent amazes me!) - you were both wonderful!!! Great to have Glen on board again whilst Sam recuperates from his broken foot - phenomenal as usual!

The proceeds are currently being counted, so I will get back to you asap with the results of how much was raised.

Cheerio for now.......................xxx

11/05/06

Well folks, only two days until we rock the Betsey Trotwood!!!! I'm making an even more emphatic plea this time for your support as the gig is in aid of the Kathmandu Child Protection home. For those who haven't heard me harp on already, myself and my two mates Cat and Charlotte will be going for the whole of August to teach and look after the kids at one of the homes there. The gig is a meagre £8 and all the proceeds will go towards resources for the children. I am also donating half of my album sales at the gig to the home. Click here for more info. Really hope you can come and support!!! xxxx

27/04/06

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE - Folks, just to let you know that tomorrow's gig is off due to illness. Thwarrry...........xxxxxxxxxx

26/04/06

Hello lovely people! Please excuse me if I trail off into a waffling mess as I'm writing this from my sick bed. Yes, last night was a real lark in the park and despite the modest crowd, there was a whole lotta' crowd appreciation, not to mention participation when the last act Terence got unison 'Yeahs' going on.......you truly were on top form for so early on in the week. With the fear of sounding a little like Barry White (thank God I'm not singing tonight as I have developed a Darth Vadar style of breathing!), I managed to hold out and not sell out on any of my songs and the gig was a great sucess! Thanks to all you regular Nat supporters and well done to the other acts and also Emily for her great organisational skills having done most of the pre-gig sorting far far away up in York. You could definitely teach some of the gig promoters down here a thing or two!!!

Ok, I'm going to pop some more Ibruprofen before I fall off my perch..........see you Friday! Mucho mucho love. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

12/04/06

Hello! I had such a great gig last night at the Sleepers wine bar. The place was packed which made my night. I played one new song and another newish song to which I had added a kind of prelude intro thingy which confused a few of the hardcore fans who failed to recognise it initally- just keeping you on your toes guys! Thanks as always to those who came along especially to support me. See you in Brixton on 28th xxxx

27/03/06

Have to say that we played the most random gig ever last night. Apart from a few (understatement!) technical hitches, it was apparent that we had turned up for some kind of r 'n b night (anyone who knows me will know my opinion on three part harmony groups doing vocal gymnastics over a backing track.......) Nonetheless we got a good reception from the crowd and my little rock chant went down well (to my relief!) Thanks guys in the band for all your efforts, next gig I promise you decent monitors and enough mics......not to mention a soundcheck!

Despite all my rumblings, a big thank you too to all who turned up especially to see us, you rock as always! xxxxxxxxxxxxx

24/03/06

Been a while crocodile!!!! Well if you hadn't noticed already, the website has had a makeover. Just fancied a change and also found out that I was really bad at formatting and stuff, so i thought I'd leave it to an expert. A big thanks to Mark 'fat habit' for sorting it for me - it looks so sexy, I could go out with it!!!

Also a reminder about the gig on Sunday.........hope to see a few of you down there. Until then amigos.......xxxxxx

14/02/06

Go Sam, go Sam, go Sam!!!!! Last night was Sam's debut drumming with us (yes, I need to change the band profile page!) and man did he rock!!!! Wicked crowd, great turn out and digging that valentine's adulation- definitely made up for the lack of cards!!! Thanks to all who came to support and hopefully see you all again in March.........

xxxx

3/02/06

Ok, I will try and make this my last notice of today.........I was also feautured on the playlist of rockin' chick radio, part of live365 radio based in the US. Am well chuffed...........rock on dudes!!! xxxx

The Cd will be available to buy very soon, but click here for a snippet just to wet your appetite........sounding good!!!! xxxxxx

14/01/06

AWESOME!!!!!! That's all I can say about last night. It was so brilliant to be gigging again with the boys - and man did we come back with a vengeance, we SOOOOOO rocked!!!!

An amazing crowd and cheers for the support and crowd participation - it's always a risk starting a 'rock' chant at a gig, there's the possibility it could fall flat on it's face, but you lot went along with my madness and got really involved - thanks!!! See y'all soon!!!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

8/01/06

Sorry for being so late with my update on how friday went..........it was awsome!!! I managed to pull in a crowd and my two sets went down really well. I did a bit of flyering and chatting afterwards, so hopefully I will be seeing some new faces at my future gigs.

Thanks to all who came - special thanks to Suz who managed to rent a bit of a crowd, nice work!

See you on the 13th..............xxxxxxxxxxx

3/01/06

Ok, my nose is growing again.....my next gig is this friday at the Mau Mau bar in Notting Hill. I am filling in for someone, hence the short notice, but i really hope some of you can make it down there.

Check outwww.maumaubar.com for more info. The entry is free and I will be playing two half an hour slots of my acoustic stuff - should be fun! X

3/01/06

Remember my next gig is on the 13th January, so a week on friday.

Details re tickets will be up shortly on the gigs page, so watch this space. Ta ra for now. XXX

OK, when I say this is the last one for 2005, I mean it.........xxx

Yet another excellent night at the Cellar bar, some really amazing acts on! Played a new song, crowd enjoyed it, excellent night!

Still in disbelief about yesterday's news! Thanks to all the supporters who came to see me, especially as it was such a rainy evening - definitely the hard core crew last night! Until next year on the gig front. Mwah. xxx

''AND WE ARE LIVING IN A DIGITALWORLD, AND I AM A JUST A DIGITAL GIRL!!! '' (sung to the melody of Material Girl).

Hey hey hey, my tracks are now available to buy as downloads on Virgin, HMV and yahoo. The icons on the right will take you to these sites. Virgin and HMV require you to download their software before you can purchase the tracks, but hey, it's free software, so no excuses! (only if you haven't got windows XP).

I am so chuffed with this progress, the fact that someone the other side of the world can potentially purchase my stuff is just fantastic.

Rock on dudes! xxx

21/11/05

Not much to say about last night, just had a really good time. Needless to say I didn't win - it was a competition by the way. Picked up some useful contacts from it though and also might have bagged some future acoustic and band gigs which is always a bonus! Ta for the support guys. That cover of Natural Women went down a treat and I might try putting that into my set a bit more often, class tune. Bigging up the Carol King massive!!!! She rules. xxx

I definitely want to play the Cellar bar again and would recommend it to any other singer/songwriters wanting to do a bit of acoustic stuff, it's a really wicked venue. Check out www.soundfoundation.co.uk for more info. xxx

Hi all! A few cool bits of news for you. Firstly, I'm really pleased to announce that MVC in Maidenhead have agreed to sell my album in store (Special thanks to Rob Plant for that!). It all kicks off tomorrow, so if you don't fancy buying your copy via the website, you can purchase it from there. Also, Bob from lineout records  is distributing a few copies for me as well as solarise records.

Has anyone had a look at the South Bucks Observer? (guess this applies to locals only). I am on this weeks front page. Unfortunately there is no online link to this, so if you're eager to see it, you'll just have to either buy it or have a little loiter in your local Dillons.

Think that's about it for the mojo. xxxx

2/08/05

Thanks to everyone who came along last night, really appreciated all the support!!! Well done to Denny too!

Awesome!!!!! That's the only way I can describe last night. We played a wicked gig and got a really cool response. Thanks to everyone who came along, especially as the weather was sooooo rough! Thanks to the boys in the band too, you are truly amazing!

Check out the live pics page for some action shots of last night.

Thanks to the other bands for the kit and bass amp lend, much appreciated. xxx

Just a quick one to say thanks to everyone who made the effort to come and see me yesterday at the Barfly.

Cheers to Al at plum promotions for organising the gig, it was a brilliantly sunny day for it.

Hope to see some of you at the gig tomorrow in Putney, it's going to be a blinder!!!!

24/06/05

We had an ace gig at Phats last night, what a scorcher!!! The energy was as high as the temperature. I was a bit concerned as we had been swapped with headlining band Jensen and I thought that people wouldn't stay that late to see us, especially on a school night. Alas, the turn out was excellent and we got a marvellous response. Well done to Jensen, 53rd Way and Smudged, you all rocked!!! Man of the evening definitely goes to Glen our drummer. Smudged had temporarily lost theirs to Glastonbury, so Glen stepped in - genius!!!

Thanks to buk and skit for organising the night.

Check out the photos on the live pics page.

10/06/05

Man, what a week for cool gigs!!! Last night was brilll, I had so much fun. I'd like to say a massive 'big up' and well done to The Isles (from New York ) and Version 88, or 44 as they were last night. It's not everyday you get to gig with such cool and good musicians. Keep up the good work all of you and I hope to meet you all again sometime in the future.

Also, ta for all my supporters, there was a modest but very appreciative crowd last night.

Bring on the weekend....................xxxx

02/05/05

Hi folks. If any of you have been browsing the site recently you would have noticed that I have added a video clips page. There is some good news and some bad news about this......good news is that we have now got some great live footage from the Telegraph gig taken by the lovely Christie. Bad news is that only Mac users can view it at the mo......patience my friends, I'll let you know when the pc population can view these clips.

Other news.....acoustic gig on Friday 6th May, 8pm at the Railway,Tulse Hill (wherever that is!!!!???). Anyone fancying it, let me know. Ill sort you out with a promo text to get in a bit cheaper and directions if need be. Hope to see some of you there on Friday..........xxx

25/04/05

I'm still buzzing from last night's gig!!!!!! Thanks to all who came to see us, I really hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Check out the forum page as there is a link on there with photos from last night, thanks Jon for those!!!

Hope to see you all next time round.............

22/04/05

Happy Friday! Well not much to report on as it has only been a couple of days since I last updated this. Had an awesome band practice last night, last one before the gig. I realised that I haven't introduced you lot to my amazing band mates, so they are as follows: Neil Thom (guitar/vocals), Rob Thom (bass/vocals) and Glen Child (drums). Can't wait to play on Sunday..........if you are coming to see me, listen out for our version of a quality 80's classic. If I'm honest, it's worth coming just for that!!!

20/04/05

Had a great night last night at the Bluejay Lounge in Shepherds Bush. My mate Loz and her mate Ben were doing an acoustic competition and I was lucky enough to play a little stint as a 'special guest'. Man, I felt like a celebrity! Was an excellent night, Loz, you were great - definitely a star in the making! Just reminding you all that it's only a few days until my gig at the Telegraph. Anyone wanting flyers, directions etc, just drop me a mail and I'll be happy to help.

Hope to see a few of you there! x

11/04/05

Wallo there!!!! Hope you are all good. What a glorious day it is today!!!!

I'm extra chirpy because I'm excited about my gig with Fat Habit tonight at the Chicago Rock Cafe in Maidenhead. Anyone wanting to come, tickets are £4 and you can get them from me, so just mail me to let me know and I can sort you out...........x

8/04/05

Hello! Loads happening at the mo, so I'll try and keep it brief........Ok, the gig at The Bug Bar last thursday went swimmingly well, really nice getting back into gigging my own material again, not done it for a bit! Thanks to all who came, I really appreciate the support.

What else...............recorded vocals with Mark Fat Habit last weekend, so his stuff feat. me will be available quite soon. Preparing at the mo for his gig on Monday.

My new photos are done, so artwork for the website and album are underway................

Getting in the gigs......check out the gig page for where and when....................

Laters x

14/03/05

Cor, it has almost been a month since I chirped last - doesn't time fly!!!! Excuse the pun! Anyway, I am pleased to say that I have got the band sorted, so rehearsals are starting next week and this week I have been investigating venues, so hopefully gigging will commence very shortly!!

Also, Christie and I had a good photo sesh on friday, so new website and artwork for the album are underway. That means I can start selling it soon........woo, exciting times!!!

22/02/05

Hey! Check out the music page at the mo, you can have a little sneak preview or pre-listen more like of the album. Feel free to voice your opinion on the forum page........you can be as honest as you like.........in moderation of course..............now I'm scared.....

17/02/05

So yesterday I spent a couple of hours at the running frog listening to the final mixes of my songs.....................brilliant! I now have 9 tracks awaiting some cool artwork and a band so that they can be gigged. All in the pipeline my dears, will let you know more very very soon..............

14/02/05

HAPPY VALENTINE'S EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, so progress on the album front. I'm heading to the studio on wednesday to just have a listen and give some feedback as far as the finishing touches are concerned. This does mean that the album should be completed by the end of this week - content wise anyway! So I'm pretty chuffed!. Christie is also going to be taking some new promo shots for it,so it's all go at the mo.........I'll try and put some snippits on the music page so hopefully you can all hear the new masterpiece soon...........Cheers to Neil for being so conscientious.

25/01/05

Just a quick one to tell you that Marky Fat-Habit has got a version of his 'Scorched Sunrise' featuring myself on his audio page at the mo. It's definitely worth a listen, even if I do say so myself!!!

24/01/05

Hi Folks!

Well I just thought I give you the lowdown on what is going on with me............................

I've been doing a few collaborations at the mo and am really loving it. I've started to do guest vocals with the lovely Marky Fat-Habit (check out his website via the links page - cute).

We played a pretty awesome gig at kombination funk @ the blueprint club, Nottingham on Friday 21st Jan.

I have also joined a band. It's cool writing and belonging to a band again after all this time. I can't wait to introduce you all to the rest of the chaps, Alex, Adam, Al and Cleg - yeah crazy how nearly every members name begins with an A! Band name and gigs are still in process, but we're rehearsing hard, so hopefully I'll have some dates on my gig page soonish! Ah, as for the style, ambient dance, drum and bass, what more could you want!

Also been working with Jay and Jay (ritz) at sb:adavance. Just adding some vocals to their loops, proper mixes in the pipeline......................

Oh yeah, and a solo album.......................

And another thing....I have done a track on a Maidenhead compilation for WIAIWYA and Lineout records. This includes other bands and artists from the area including Fat-Habit. It is a real diversity of styles with some cracking new talent. Drop me a mail if you're interested. It's only 5 squid - bargain!

Think that's all folks!!!!!! Will keep you posted. xxx
